To enable the AI Voice Agent, you need a dedicated IP phone line to manage incoming calls from customers. The voice agents are trained to provide general customer support, automatically handle bookings, check for available seats, and confirm reservations. Just like bookings made on your website, if no tables are available, the agent will create a provisional booking and notify the customer to wait for confirmation.

Once you subscribe to the AI Voice Agent option, we will provision a phone line through Twilio, and the monthly line rental is included in your subscription. However, please note that there will be a per-minute charge for using the AI Voice service and call costs, which amount to approximately 3p per minute. Additionally, if you choose to send SMS messages to clients' mobile numbers, the charges will be around 4p per message.
